The latest news on the Tia Sharp case.
As most people who watch the news in Britain will know, one of the most frequent news stories this week was of 12 year old Tia Sharp who went missing on her way to the local shops in Croydon last Friday. The search for clues to her disappearance included over 200 civilians and police officers in her local area.
It is very sad news to report that a body has been found in her grandmothers home today. The body has not been formally identified although it is believed to be that of Tia’s.
Her family have been informed, although Police are now looking for Stuart Hazell, her grandmothers current partner. Police are asking that if he is seen for people to call 999 and report it rather than approaching him.
We’re asking for people to spread this message in hope that he is found soon. Our sympathy is currently with the family of this young girl.
